GBN Makes it to Semi-Finals in National Championship
The Varsity team played in the 2011 USA Hockey High School National Championship. The tournament was played at The Edge in Bensenville, between March 23rd and March 27th.
GBN went 2-0-0-1 in preliminary round play against teams from California, Texas and New York. They beat Notre Dame (AZ) 4-3 in a thrilling double overtime quarter-final game before losing to New Trier Green in the semi-final.
