Oak Park, 11/18/21

GBN wasted little time in their SHL game against the Huskies from Oak Park River Forest as they scored 3 goals in a 4 minute span in the first period to defeat the Huskies  4-2.

Owen Just took a pass from Josh Genin and netted the first goal just 4 minutes into the game. Ryan Rossi would find the back of the Huskies net from just inside 7 feet for the GBN second goal. Just would get his second of the night just moment later as he took a pass from Connor Katsamakis and rammed home the 3rd goal of the period.

Ryan Sandler would get an early 3rd period goal making the game 4-0.

Michael Dimoff was given the defensive responsibility of shutting down Husky David Andolina and was magnificent in his role.

OPRF got on the board late with 2 power play goals.

Nate Kasdan was in goal for the Spartans earned the win.
